Noodlebox Canada Launches Guest Feature!
Noodlebox Canada announces a guest feature recipe series, slated to launch in all twelve stores across BC and Alberta on August 8th. Known for fresh food wok-cooked with flame, Noodlebox has partnered with local influencers to create feature dishes, each available for a week-long run this August.

Bulgogi Beef Bibimbap is a Korean-inspired rice bowl by Calgary-based food broadcaster and author, Julie Van Rosendaal of @DinnerWithJulie. A hearty and flavourful stir-fry, the Bibimbap makes the most of regional ingredients, with thinly-sliced, marinated beef seared in a hot wok with Noodlebox’s signature mix of fresh Asian greens and red pepper, all topped with a fried egg, and drizzled with a spicy mango chilli sauce.

Noodlebox was born out of a small food cart in Victoria BC’s Chinatown in 2001. Our unique style of Southeast Asian street food became so popular that people were willing to wait hours in the rain to get their fill. In 2003 we opened our first store in downtown Victoria, with many more opening throughout BC and Alberta to keep up with demand for our bold dishes.
