  • What thoughts keep you from experiencing joy in your life, relationships and work?
  • What fears keep you from compassionate, decisive action?
  • What beliefs stop you from seeing the abundance of options that are available to you?

We can spend our whole lives trying to change other people and the world, thinking things should be different than they are and living out of beliefs that we have never stopped to really question for ourselves.

Stressful thinking, unresolved issues, limiting beliefs and fears can keep us from fully engaging in our lives, our relationships and our work in the world. Join us for an engaging, powerful and nourishing experience where we will work with the beliefs and patterns that keep you stuck and hold you back.

Details: Question Your Thinking; Change Your Life
