Product Information: wild sockeye salmon, pure Canadian maple syrup, non-gmo brown sugar, sea salt, Alder smoke.

The Process! 180 grams of salmon are turned into 120 grams of delicious candied salmon

  1. Wild sockeye salmon is soaked in brine
  2. Coated with maple syrup & brown sugar
  3. Allowed to hang dry for 3 days to draw out moisture & impregnate maple syrup flavour
  4. Final step is light, clean alder smoking
  5. Packaged, flash frozen & delivered to your favourite retailer
