Michelle has turned her gluten-free diet and love for cake decorating into delicious works of art. If you are looking for a gorgeous gluten-free cake for a birthday, anniversary, wedding, special occasion or ‘just because,’ Michelle is here to help.
Michelle starts with a 2 layer 6” or 8” cake in chocolate, vanilla, or funfetti. Add buttercream icing in chocolate or vanilla or standard sprinkles. Work with Michelle to create a colour theme, border trim and sprinkle design.
Michelle also offers edible gold and silver, sprinkles, sparkles, alternate fillings (caramel, lemon curd) and extra layers. The sky is the limit! Cupcakes and cookies, too!
All baking is gluten-free, peanut-free and nut free. At this time, Michelle is not able to offer dairy-free options but she is working on it!
About the Kitchen
Michelle works out of a kitchen that is kept scrupulously gluten free. All tools, utensils and mixers are dedicated to gluten-free baking and stored in a separate room.
All ingredients are documented to be gluten free and stored in sealed bins, away from the kitchen.
NOTE: Regular flour is used on occasion, but not for at least one week prior to gluten-free baking. The kitchen is thoroughly cleaned before gluten-free production begins.
