Ellen and I speak about the petition being circulated by Celiac Canada regarding a tax benefit to help with the cost of the gluten free diet. This important petition had to be signed by November 10th, so if you haven’t signed and it’s before November 10, please follow the link, and send it on to friends and family – there’s strength in numbers: Petition to Change the Way Celiacs Receive a GF Food Tax Credit
