And now we have a fabulous gluten-free bakery in our midst, named after his son, Pele! Locally known as Tom ‘Bready,’ after the famous football star, Tom Brady, he has most certainly become a gluten-free bread expert!

Incredible loaves of bread, sun-dried tomato & walnut bread, pumpkin kalamata & garlic bread, pizza and focaccias are created from his proprietary blend of chickpea, rice & tapioca flours. While he sources them from Bulk Barn, he is arranging to purchase entire, unopened bags so that there is no risk of cross-contamination.

Pele's Kitchen GranolTom’s yummy muffins, scones & tortillas are made with Bob’s Red Mill GF 1for1 flour. His delicious squares are grain-free and contain gluten-free rice crispies. And then there is his organic, ‘Almost Famous Granola’ made with pure, gluten-free oats. Only $10 for 500 grams!
