IN the past, had a celiac-aware pastry chef who created fabulous desserts. Reports have been uneven since then. Be sure to call ahead to book and to ask specifically if the tea is 'celiac-safe.'
Servers & chefs very knowledgeable, make GF soy sauce substitutions, avoid using any vinegars and are intimately familiar with which items are safe & not safe for celiacs.
