Sante’s owner, Hanna Kofman is a foodie first and a celiac second. Quality is her priority. Hanna established Sante Gluten-Free Cafe in March 2010 so that local and visiting gluten-free diners, their family and friends could enjoy delicious food, in a completely safe environment. Since then Sante has attracted a loyal following of foodies seeking options that meet their dietary requirements.
Hanna and her staff carefully research every ingredient allowed on the premises and the products they choose to carry. Gluten is not allowed on the premises, nor is outside food, in order to protect customer safety.
