Made from fresh potatoes, delivered daily to their dedicated gluten-free facility, Stella’s Gluten-Free Perogies are hand pinched in Lacombe, Alberta. That means they are wheat free, gluten free, sulfite free, soy free and GMO free. Also available in dairy, lactose and caseine free.
Stella’s story began with a little boy, a very sore tummy and finally, a diagnosis. Autism. With tons of therapy, natural interventions and changes to Korbin’s diet, Stella’s Gluten-Free Perogies were born. Dairy, egg, and soy-free, Keri was able to reverse 95% of Korbin’s symptoms. She and her husband were on their way to getting their baby back using her grandmother Stella’s recipe and fresh potatoes from a local farmer as their base.
Stella’s uses only certified gluten-free ingredients but still tests finished products to confirm that they are 100% gluten free.
Stella’s Perogies, Ravioli and Pizza Pouches took the 2014 Canadian Celiac Association National Conference by storm and they have have become a national brand, available from the best West Coast to Prince Edward Island.
