Cascadia Gluten-Free Foods offers delicious, gluten-free granola and bars made with premium ingredients – and without oats! A business borne out of necessity in Vancouver, BC, Pamela Baxter’s granola and bars were her breakfast and snack solution when her daughter was diagnosed with celiac disease.
All ingredients have been carefully sourced, then prepared and baked in a gluten-free commercial kitchen. Just to make sure, all four product lines are tested using ELISA technology. Casacadia’s granola, nut-free granola, granola bars and nut-free bars are absolutley safe for celiacs, the gluten-free, wheat-free and anyone interested in great taste!
Most ingredients are organic, all are GMO-free, there’s no refined sugar and no preservatives. While not a nut-free facility, dedicated utensils are used exclusively for nut-free granola and every precaution is used to prevent cross contamination.
