Introducing the Spring 2017 Graduating Class – The Uncommon Carrot in Sooke!
The Celiac Scene is pleased to report that five bright-eyed and bushy-tailed new employees successfully completed The Uncommon Carrot’s intensive Gluten-Free Training Program, graduating with a complete understanding of celiac disease, dermatitis herpetiformis and non-celiac gluten sensitivity! Here’s to their bright, gluten-free futures- and ours!
Owner Kerry Cavers supports her employees from the gluten-free ground up, empowering them with the information that The Uncommon Carrot’s customers need – and most certainly deserve! All passed with flying colours – and better yet, two are pursuing their Ph.D. in CD. In other words, they will be going to their GP’s with a request for the simple, pre-screening blood test for celiac disease – covered by MSP. Click here for more info.
