What the Flour Pumpkin Loaf Recipe
Pumpkin Season is here! There is no better way to start October than with a delicious Pumpkin Loaf made using What the Flour’s Gluten-Free Pumpkin Muffin Mix! Top this loaf with your favourite caramel sauce, cream cheese icing or whipped cream.
INGREDIENTS
- 14 oz can pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup milk of choice
- 1/3 cup oil
- 1 egg (or replacer)
- 1 package WTF Pumpkin Spice Muffin Mix
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 375˚ and grease loaf pan
- Combine pumpkin puree, milk, oil and egg in a large bowl.
- Spoon into loaf pan
- Bake 30 – 35 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean
- To loaf with drizzle of caramel, whip cream or topping of your choice
