INGREDIENTS

  • 1 1/2 Cups What the Flour Gluten-Free Flour Blend
  • 3 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1 Cup white sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 c melted butter
  • 1 TSP baking soda
  • 1 TSP salt

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to  325˚F
  2. Grease 9×5 inch loaf pan
  3. Combine bananas, sugar, egg and butter
  4. In a separate bowl, mix flour and baking soda
  5. Stir flour mixture into banana mixture
  6. Stir in salt
  7. Pour batter into prepared loaf pan
  8. Bake in oven for one hour or until a toothpick inserted in the centre of the bread comes out clean.
