Join Victoria’s Gluten-Free Foodies and add a new restaurant – and possibly a new gluten-free friend – to your repertoire!
Port Coquitlam’s Delish Gluten Free Bakery is excited to be heading to NANAIMO for its FIRST ‘pop up shop’ of their best selling gluten-free items.
All items will need to be pre-ordered in advance via THIS FORM as we will not be selling extra items on site. When ordering, please take note of the pack size as individual items are not available.
All Items are 100% Gluten, Wheat & Nut Free but do contain Dairy & Eggs.
Past deliveries have included Chocolate Dip Donuts, Vanilla Dip Donuts, Maple Dip Donuts, Honey Crullers, Mini Donuts, Butter Croissants, Cinnamon Buns, Pizza Buns, Lemon Poppy Muffins, Vegan Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins, Blackberry Crumble Muffins, Cheddar & Bacon Scones, Caramelized Onion & Feta Scones, Salted Caramel Brownies & 1kg Flour Blend.
Vegan items include Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins, Large Raspberry Oreos, Quinoa Fudge Bars, and the Flour Blend.
All items must be pre-ordered in advance, in pack-sized portions. Extra items will not be sold on site. Packs come as they are – no custom orders.

Owner Jenna Lynn Perry began her career as a baker, one who was always being asked whether she could bake gluten free. With her grandmother and father diagnosed with celiac disease, she had every reason to apply her skills to perfecting gluten-free baking.
In 2011, she established Delish Gluten Free Bakery in Port Coquitlam and has been busy ever since proving that gluten-free baking can indeed be ‘Delish!’
Delish has recently opened ‘Caffe Delish,’ a coffee shop that features Delish baking, open 7 days a week. Enjoy fine baking, yeast-risen, deep-fried donuts, jumbo cinnamon buns, scones, muffins, breads & more.

Meet the Chef
Kate Cram is a married mother of 3 boys. She grew up on Vancouver Island, moving to New York after high school to attend The Culinary Institute of America, in Hyde Park.
Upon graduating with an associate degree in Culinary Arts, she returned to the island to pursue a career in fine dining.
In August of 1999 she and her family, opened her first restaurant, The Sunflower Café.
In 2003, she opened Old Town Bakery in Ladysmith. The Old Town Bakery became very successful and is widely known for its cinnamon buns.
Happily, immersed in baking. Kate became a Red Seal Baker in 2008. In 2013, after experiencing many health challenges, Kate and her husband Geoff, opened Wild Poppy Bistro, a restaurant specializing in thoughtfully sourced and prepared foods with an emphasis on gluten free and vegan options.
In 2018, Kate became a Registered Holistic Nutritionist which aided in menu development and helped her to understand that food itself is natures best medicine.
Kate Cram appears in the Island Eats Cookbook featuring 41 chefs and establishments from Vancouver Island and surrounding Gulf Islands. Copies available in store.

Kate Cram is a married mother of 3 boys. She grew up on Vancouver Island, moving to New York after high school to attend The Culinary Institute of America, in Hyde Park.
Upon graduating with an associate degree in Culinary Arts, she returned to the island to pursue a career in fine dining.
In August of 1999 she and her family, opened her first restaurant, The Sunflower Café.
In 2003, she opened Old Town Bakery in Ladysmith. The Old Town Bakery became very successful and is widely known for its cinnamon buns.
Happily, immersed in baking. Kate became a Red Seal Baker in 2008. In 2013, after experiencing many health challenges, Kate and her husband Geoff, opened Wild Poppy Bistro, a restaurant specializing in thoughtfully sourced and prepared foods with an emphasis on gluten free and vegan options.
In 2018, Kate became a Registered Holistic Nutritionist which aided in menu development and helped her to understand that food itself is natures best medicine.

Owner Jenna Lynn Perry began her career as a baker, one who was always being asked whether she could bake gluten free. With her grandmother and father diagnosed with celiac disease, she had every reason to apply her skills to perfecting gluten-free baking.

As a person who lives with food sensitivities and hearing from diners how hard it is for them to find safe – and tasty – gluten free food, I am became very aware of the challenges that many diners face.”
“My mom took me to a food truck festival in Edmonton when I was a kid and I was so hooked on the idea. I have friends from elementary school who say they remember me talking about having my own truck one day. My husband nurtured that dream and was instrumental in making my it come true.”
“My business partner Ashley jumped on board to get the ball rolling and by early September 2022, we decided to go for it! We purchased a truck just two weeks later and had our launch just a month after that, in what may have been the snowiest December on record!”

“I’ve been working in restaurants for almost 20 years now. Food has been a big passion of mine most of my life. As a person who lives with food sensitivities and hearing from diners how hard it is for them to find safe – and tasty – gluten free food, I am became very aware of the challenges that many diners face.”
“My mom took me to a food truck festival in Edmonton when I was a kid and I was so hooked on the idea. I have friends from elementary school who say they remember me talking about having my own truck one day. My husband nurtured that dream and was instrumental in making my it come true.”
“My business partner Ashley jumped on board to get the ball rolling and by early September 2022, we decided to go for it! We purchased a truck just two weeks later and had our launch just a month after that, in what may have been the snowiest December on record!”
