Ask and you will receive!
- It is the diner’s duty to specify the precautions they require and see that they are undertaken.
- When requested, staff will don fresh gloves, will secure a gluten-free crust from dedicated container and place it on a clean pizza pan.
- They will retrieve a bin of fresh pizza sauce & clean ladle as well as retrieve bins of fresh toppings of your choice.
- A separate paddle, cutting board & knife will be used with your cooked pizza.
You supervise!
Staff fully informed and kept up to date on the toppings and sauces that are gluten free.
NOTE: ‘Gluten crusts’ are made off site, and arrive frozen. No measuring, mixing, kneading, stretching. This all but eliminates the risk of air-borne cross contamination with gluten flour, problematic at most pizzerias. Gluten-free crusts are reserved, protected in a dedicated refrigerator drawer.

Do you have gluten-friendly options?
- We offer a gluten-friendly and cauliflower crust option. Since we prepare our food on one serving line, we cannot guarantee that any of our menu items are free of allergens or gluten, and none of our crust options are recommended for those with a gluten sensitivity.
Do you have vegan options?
- Vegans and vegetarians both have great options at MOD. Our regular and gluten-friendly pizza dough and vegan cheese are dairy-free. Then top off your pizza or salad with whatever sounds good – just be sure to let your MOD Squader know any restrictions.
