Standard practice at all CBH Restaurants, for all allergens
• All employees are required to wear gloves after a fresh hand wash prior to preparing a gluten-free or allergy-free order
Dedicated Gluten-Free Deep Fryer (See Island Safe Fries List)
• CBH’s gluten-free deep fryer is drained, cleaned and refilled with fresh oil – at the end of each and every day.
• Should potential cross contamination occur, or is suspected to have occurred, the above cleaning procedure takes place immediately, before any other GF orders are processed
Fish & Chips
• gluten-free sole arrives pre-battered, and is cooked in CBH’s dedicated gluten-free deep-fryer
Sauces
• gluten-containing sauces are swapped with gluten-free sauces
