With every gluten-free order, a new, dedicated prep line is set up in the kitchen. This means that the area is sanitized, a complete set utensils are used and new ingredients / toppings are taken out of refrigeration. Chefs wash their hands before beginning preparations and they stay on the single task of preparing a meal from start to finish.
