BROWNS SOCIALHOUSE Serves Mixed Message to Celiac Diners

Based on a candid,  in-person interview with the manager on shift at BROWNS  SOCIALHOUSE (BSH),  it was explained to The Celiac Scene that BSH’s deep-fryers  cook both gluten and gluten-free items.

As a result, items marked ‘ ‘(G)’ Gluten friendly options available,’ ’ may be cross-contaminated with gluten, contain a cross-contaminated component(s) and / or contain a gluten-ingredient. Celiac diners should therefore be mindful that not all items notated ‘G’ may meet their needs.
