Made with ancient grain blend (sorghum, millet and tapioca), arrowroot powder, water, sour-dough starter culture, psyllium husk, coconut sugar and sea salt. The most important ingredient is time.
All ingredients are certified gluten free and / or tested to be gluten free. Alkeme’s baking is vegan (100% plant-based), non-GMO, soy-free, potato-flour free, rice-free, corn-free, commercial-yeast free, cane-sugar free & always free of preservatives, artificial flavours, colours & sweeteners.
