Easy-Peasy Recipe for Gluten-Free Croutons

 gluten free croutonsFellow celiac Ashley shares her simple recipe for gluten-free croutons:

  • Udi’s french baguette sliced and cut into fours (can also use any stale gluten-free bread you have on hand)
  • Melt 1/3 cup butter in large pot
  • Add salt, garlic powder (or plenty of real garlic)
  • Add lemon and herb mixture (gluten free from Clubhouse)
  • Toss cut up bread into pot
  • Make sure cubes are soaked in the mixture
  • Put on baking sheet under broil until golden. (watch carefully – burns easily)

Enjoy with your favourite gluten-free salad dressing!
