Black Quinoa Pudding by Gogo Quinoa
This rich, vegan, gluten-free dessert is just right for fall.
Serve as a simple pudding with fruit or dress it up for a more formal presentation*.
Ingredients
• 1/2 cup Black Gogo Quinoa
• 200 ml water (@2/3 cup)
• 1 can coconut milk
• 2 Tsp lemon juice
• 2 TBSP Tapioca starch
• 1 Tsp corn starch
• 1/2 Tsp vanilla
• 1 cup dates
• 1 TBSP coconut sugar
• 1 orange zest
• 1/2 Tsp salt
