- Taco Revolution is Cowichan Valley’s own locally produced, fresh corn tortilla maker. Taco Revolution tortillas contain only heirloom (non-GMO) corn, water, and lime; no artificial fillers, preservatives, or unnatural genetically modified ‘frankencorn’ like most tortillas you find in stores.
- Taco Revolution fresh corn tortillas contain only top-quality Non-GMO corn that is naturally gluten-free. They do not contain artificial colours, flavours, or preservatives. The only ingredients are corn, water, and traces of natural lime. Low in fat, a good source of dietary fibre and healthy carbohydrates, and have a glycemic index of 40 (low). - Taco Revolution fresh corn tortillas contain only top-quality Non-GMO corn that is naturally gluten-free. They do not contain artificial colours, flavours, or preservatives. 📣 Millstone Farm & Organics is calling on volunteers to decorate Gluten-Free Sugar Cookies in their dedicated Gluten-Free Farm Shop!

- Sunday December 11th, 2022 11am to 3pm
RSVP HERE! Canned goods or non-perishable items will be graciously accepted for the Mustard Seed.
The first batch of cookies will be handed out at the Greater Victoria Santa Claus Parade on November 26th, 2022.
The second batch will be added to the Mustard Seed Christmas Hampers which will be distributed mid-December.
Every attendee will be entered into a draw to win a set of Eco Cloths. There will be one draw per event date.
Seasonal gluten-free baked goods will be available for purchase and store shelves will be well stocked with freshly milled flours, All Purpose Flour, Pancake Mix and the GF spices. Whole gluten-free grains will also be available for purchase, along with organic fresh eggs, organic, single-forest Maple Syrup, recyclable egg cartons, cook books & so much more.
Millstone Farm will continue to collect food donations for the Mustard Seed throughout November and December! Food donations should be canned goods or non-perishable items. Donation drop offs are welcome any time during shop hours:

- Grains can be milled up to 3 times to ensure that the flour contains the entirety of the grain.
- Gluten-free oats are milled in a separate mill in order to protect celiacs who cannot tolerate even pure oats.
- Whole, unmilled grains are also available for purchase.
- Organic spices, sourced from organic suppliers from around the world, are milled to order for optimal aroma and taste, then stored in light-impenetrable, miron glass.
- All-purpose and pancake mixes are created in house and are xanthan gum free.
- Also at the store: organic fresh eggs, organic, single-forest maple syrup, recyclable egg cartons, cook books & so much more.
- Coming soon – an outdoor cob oven for rustic, gluten-free baking! Think cinnamon buns and pizza!
