Wendel’s is a family owned company creating all natural baked goods with a focus on certified gluten free products. Their products are made with great care and attention with the highest quality natural and organic ingredients. The result is great tasting baking with a clean simple ingredient list. They first started baking our treats in 1997 in their bookstore and cafe. Over the years the demand for wholesome sweets grew and a separate dedicated Gluten-Free Bakery was established.
