Strawberry Bruschetta on Alkeme Poppy Seed Demi Baguette

Alkeme Strawberry Bruschetta words wpEnjoy a fresh, summer twist on this basil & tomato staple with the addition of strawberries! A sweet & savoury combo served on Alkeme’s Gluten-Free Sourdough! This zesty, spicy, fruity combination  is sure to delight your senses.


  • Alkeme Poppy Seed Demi Baguette
  • Cherry Tomatoes
  • Strawberries
  • 1 /2 Red Onion
  • 3 Garlic Cloves
  • Basil Leaves
  • 2 tsp Balsamic Vinegar
  • 2 tsp Olive Oil
  • Salt & Pepper


  • Preheat oven to 350 F
  • Mix together chopped cherry tomatoes, red onion, garlic and fresh basil. Add  sliced strawberries.
  • Drizzle with balsamic and olive oil, and season with freshly cr acked pepper. Let sit.
  • Slice baguette, then brush with olive oil and sprinkle with salt
  • Place baguette slices on a baking sheet and toast in oven until  warm. Watch carefully to avoid burning.
  • Remove from oven and spoon topping over each slice. Serve & enjoy!
