Duinkerken’s Reese’s Pieces Cupcakes

Ingredients
CAKE MIX
- 1 package Duinkerken Chocolate or Vanilla Cake Mix
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/3 cup oil
FROSTING
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 TSP vanilla extract
- 2 1/2 cups confectioner’s sugar
- 2 TBSP heavy cream
Directions
CAKE Prepare cupcakes as directed on package
FROSTING
- Beat together butter and peanut butter
- Add vanilla extra
- Gradually beat in confectioner’s sugar and heavy cream for 30 seconds
- Spread frosting onto cooled cupcakes with spatula or pastry bag with a large star tip.
Sprinkle with Reese’s Pieces. Enjoy!
