It is our mission to deliver the exact same taco you would find on a street in Mexico. Every taco we serve, from the Chorizo Vegetariano to the Fish Taco, to the Chicken Tinga are all pulled directly from Mexico’s taco culture. We cater weddings, birthday parties, staff parties, corporate events and all other kinds of public and private occasions. Taco Revolution takes care of your guests with their “All-you-can-eat taco parties.” Like having an open bar, but with tacos!
We are flexible! Wedding by the beach? No problem! Over 300 guests? We’ve done it! Exclusively vegan menu? You got it! Guests with allergies? We can certainly accommodate!
Easy is their middle name! Taco Revolution provides all necessary biodegradable service ware (plates, napkins, forks, etc.) and for an extra cost we can provide non-alcoholic drinks as well. Let them give you the peace of mind you deserve during your event!

For years, Jamie Lynn has been obsessed with owning her own ice cream trailer. Lucky for us, she made her dreams – and ours – come true! Catch her before she flies away to chase another dream – obtaining her pilots’s license!
Jamie and her husband Vinny, a heavy-duty mechanic by trade, built the ice cream trailer from scratch, then decorated it with images ofd beautiful berries. You can’t miss it at Departure Bay Beach in Nanaimo or at a host of special events. Look for the line up!

The Soft Serve – You Choose!
- Gluten-free, 100% Canadian, vanilla ice cream soft serve is made with premium ingredients by Island Farms.
- Gluten-free, vegan, vanilla soft serve is made with coconut oil and Nora’s Creamy Cashew Milk.
- If you would like vegan soft serve, ask for a fresh, ‘Gem Stir Stick.’
- Choose your favourite fruit. Mizu is happy to offer combos or mixes!

The Cones!
- ‘Unique Cake (gluten) Waffle Cones’ and ‘Gluten-Friendly Waffle Cones’ are dairy-free, egg-free and ‘vegan-friendly.’
- Made in a facility in Metro Vancouver that has been making waffle cones since 1982.
- Gluten-friendly cones are made with documented to be gluten-free rice flour, arrowroot, soy lecithin, canola oil & cellulose.
- Shared equipment is blown off and thoroughly scrubbed between gluten and gluten-friendly production.
- Packaging is colour-coded to clearly identify gluten & gluten-friendly cones.
The Trailer!
- On the trailer, gluten-friendly cones are stored in a LOCKED dedicated cupboard, separate from gluten cones.
- When you make your dietary needs known upon ordering, staff will wash their hands and put on clean gloves before handling the cone.
- Choose your fruit flavour, mixed with ice cream or vegan soft serve.

We’re the sister duo behind ulivit (pronounced you-live-it) and we’re passionate about healthy foods! Crafted in beautiful British Columbia. We grew up in sunny Saskatchewan, land of living skies and endless regenerative farm fields. We learned as kids that food doesn’t magically appear at the grocery store, it grows in our backyard.

Injera, a staple of Eritrean-Ethiopian food, is a fermented pancake-like flatbread with a slightly spongy texture. Think moist & flexible on a scale that our community rarely encounters. Injera is made with just two ingredients – teff flour and water.
Barley is often added to inherently gluten-free teff flour to save costs, however Tameet has elected to forego any savings in order to ensure that their food truck operation is authentic AND 100% celiac safe. Tameet sources its spices from single ingredient processors in Ethiopia – no gluten on site.
In some stretches of time where supply falls short, teff flour processed in a facility that also processes barley may also be used. Tameet will make sure the community is aware of the change in supplies until celiac safe teff arrives.

More about Injera!
A teff and water sourdough starter is fermented for 2 days before it is called into action! Like any sourdough, Tameet keeps its ‘starter’ alive and well, setting aside enough for each future batch. Teff flour is added to the starter to create a dough that is then cooked in a large, flat pan. The result a thin, crepe-like ‘tortilla.’ On its own, injera offers a strong, flavourful sour bread. Paired with the Tameet’s rich sauces, they offer a delicious nutritional meal, high in protein, dietary fibre and iron.
Onion and tomatoes form the foundation of Eritrean-Ethiopian food. From there, Tameet offers six slow simmered, flavourful sauces & stews to go with their delicious injera. Enjoy a rotation of beef, lamb, chicken and on special occasions, goat!

Tameet’s Back Story
To say that founder Adem’s food truck trajectory is heaven sent is an understatement. The son of an impoverished family in war-torn Eritrea, his parents invested the sum of their resources in their children’s education.
Husband and wife teachers from Cranbrook, BC who happened to teach at Adem’s school in Eritrea, saw something that moved them to sponsor him to come to Canada. Adem made the most of this amazing opportunity, upgrading his high school and going on to gain a professional status as an engineer.
In a serendipitous coincidence for our community, the gluten-free planets aligned!

- Adem’s partner, Julianna, has a family member with the diagnosis
As a result, Adem has a deep and personal understanding of the challenges that celiacs face in enjoying safe and delicious food. His entrepreneurial spirit, coupled with the support of his siblings, partner and her family, his food truck now employs the sister and brother who have joined him here.

Injera, a staple of Eritrean-Ethiopian food, is a fermented pancake-like flatbread with a slightly spongy texture. Think moist & flexible on a scale that our community rarely encounters. Injera is made with just two ingredients – teff flour and water.
Barley is often added to inherently gluten-free teff flour to save costs, however Tameet has elected to forego any savings in order to ensure that their food truck operation is authentic AND 100% celiac safe. Tameet sources its spices from single ingredient processors in Ethiopia – no gluten on site.
In some stretches of time where supply falls short, teff flour processed in a facility that also processes barley may also be used. Tameet will make sure the community is aware of the change in supplies until celiac safe teff arrives.

A teff and water sourdough starter is fermented for 2 days before it is called into action! Like any sourdough, Tameet keeps its ‘starter’ alive and well, setting aside enough for each future batch. Teff flour is added to the starter to create a dough that is then cooked in a large, flat pan. The result a thin, crepe-like ‘tortilla.’ On its own, injera offers a strong, flavourful sour bread. Paired with the Tameet’s rich sauces, they offer a delicious nutritional meal, high in protein, dietary fibre and iron.
Onion and tomatoes form the foundation of Eritrean-Ethiopian food. From there, Tameet offers six slow simmered, flavourful sauces & stews to go with their delicious injera. Enjoy a rotation of beef, lamb, chicken and on special occasions, goat!

Tameet’s Back Story
To say that founder Adem’s food truck trajectory is heaven sent is an understatement. The son of an impoverished family in war-torn Eritrea, his parents invested the sum of their resources in their children’s education.
Husband and wife teachers from Cranbrook, BC who happened to teach at Adem’s school in Eritrea, saw something that moved them to sponsor him to come to Canada. Adem made the most of this amazing opportunity, upgrading his high school and going on to gain a professional status as an engineer.
In a serendipitous coincidence for our community, the gluten-free planets aligned!
- a current colleague of his also has celiac disease, as does her daughter
- Adem’s partner, Julianna, has a family member with the diagnosis
As a result, Adem has a deep and personal understanding of the challenges that celiacs face in enjoying safe and delicious food. His entrepreneurial spirit, coupled with the support of his siblings, partner and her family, his food truck now employs the sister and brother who have joined him here.

We’re the sister duo behind ulivit (pronounced you-live-it) and we’re passionate about healthy foods! Crafted in beautiful British Columbia. We grew up in sunny Saskatchewan, land of living skies and endless regenerative farm fields. We learned as kids that food doesn’t magically appear at the grocery store, it grows in our backyard.
As adults, while Laura was working in healthcare, we learned first-hand how what we eat can significantly impact our health. Dropping in on nutrition classes, Laura was introduced to the thing that would change our lives forever… protein packed pulses.

While pursuing a poli-sci degree, Jorge (pronounced ‘Hor-he’) was inspired to start his own business. What better motivation than to share the recipes that his grandmother developed for his celiac father. CHURROS & MOR was born!
Yes! Celiac Disease and the gluten-free diet literally run through Jorge’s veins. His niece in England also shares the diagnosis. Her family has chosen a vegan lifestyle, so Jorge knows first hand how challenging it is to find delicious gluten-free AND vegan delicacies!
