Like so many other gluten-free manufacturers, these Celiac Superstars began their journeys in their own kitchens when they tried – and succeeded – in creating delicious facsimiles that they or a close family member were missing due to dietary restrictions.
Through word of mouth and plenty of ‘tastings,’ they began providing samples to celiac, gluten-free, wheat sensitive and/or dairy-free people in their communities.
Based on the responses they received and with more hard work, they invested in appearing at food shows, gluten-free expos and Canadian Celiac Associations Conferences. One in particular even asked Dragons’s Den for support – and got it!

Stella’s story began with a little boy, a very sore tummy and finally, a diagnosis. Autism. With tons of therapy, natural interventions and changes to son Korbin’s diet, Keri Adams Gluten-Free Perogies and Ravioli were born. Dairy, egg, and soy-free, Keri was able to reverse 95% of Korbin’s symptoms.
